Terms & Conditions

1. All prices are excluding delivery charges.

2. Only serious buyers can place the order in the order form provided. Your email will be answered A.S.A.P.

3. Any reservations are accepted max. 3 days only. If no payment is made after 3 days, the reservation will be canceled.

4. Absolutely no back-outs after purchase confirmations are made.

5. Items sold are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable.... So, it is 100% upon your own risk.

6. The color in the pictures may vary from the real thing due to lighting effect.

7. All items are brand new unless stated otherwise.

8. Once the item is delivered, the item is no longer our responsibility. Therefore there will be no refunds if the item is stolen, broken, or undelivered. We will always ensure the condition of the item before delivering.

We are offering a special promotion just for our returning customers ;D

It can either be

1. 10% off for every 50 points accumulated or,
2. free postage *

RM1 = 1 point.

* Free postage is NOT applicable for 1 - 50 points. As for 51 - 100 points, we will pick either E-Parcel or Pos Laju. It is completely up to us to decide which one we will use.

Example 1:

If you have 1 - 50 points, you can either

1. redeem 10% off for the next purchase or,
2. collect more points! **

Example 2:

If you have 51 - 100 points, you can either

1. redeem 20% off for the next purchase or,
2. get free postage (e-parcel / pos laju) for the next purchase or,
3. collect more points! **

Example 3:

If you have 101 - 150 points, you can either

1. redeem 30% off for the next purchase or,
2. get free postage (pos laju) for the next purchase or,
3. collect more points! **

** It means you don't redeem either the discount or the free postage.

NOT APPLICABLE WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS! You cannot use special discounts when redeeming! ;)
